I Kataklysm sono un gruppo death metal canadese. Chiamano il loro stesso stile "Northern Hyperblast", riferendosi all'estrema velocità dei blast beat che il batterista inserisce nella musica. Nati nel 1992, la formazione è cambiata diverse volte.
